Since opening the position, the performance has been like this. This New Year’s rally has really trapped the old brother tightly, resulting in heavy losses. Those coins bought at high prices were decisively sold off, leaving only a few still in hand, and I’m still debating—should I hold on and wait for a rebound, or continue cutting losses? This multiple-choice question really gives me a headache.

Watching the account balance steadily decline, my mentality has long since collapsed. Sometimes I think, rather than staring at the screen anxiously every day, it’s better to make a plan and just let go. But the problem is, are the coins I still hold really worth giving another chance? When will the market turn around? No one can say for sure. Investors’ daily life is a constant back-and-forth between regret and hope.

Should I hold or sell? This is truly a tormenting question. Hold on to those few coins and wait for a rebound, or completely admit defeat and exit? I'm stuck in this vicious cycle too.

Cutting losses, cutting losses, and still having to cut more—this is the daily life in the crypto world. The impulsive mindset keeps jumping back and forth. Who should I trust? Rather than overthinking, it's better to dollar-cost average. Anyway, it's all a loss, so better to buy in batches. Those few coins—either they die or wait for the wind to turn. There's no third way. Staring at the charts every day really wastes your brain. Just set a stop-loss and exit.

Still worried about it? I'm already numb to it. Once you sell, you sell—looking back, it's all tears.

Selling at a loss has made my hands hurt, and those few dead holdouts just won't let go... I really should listen to advice and exit early. This market is truly crazy, watching the numbers drop every day, my mind is also sinking lower and lower. I'm so regretful, why did I believe those traders shouting buy back then? Letting go is the hardest, not being able to let go feels terrible, just being trapped like this. Can anyone tell me when I can turn things around? I really have no confidence anymore.

Hi, this wave of the market is really incredible. I’m also trapped and losing badly. But on the other hand, taking a loss hurts too, especially if it just keeps going up after I sell. Waiting for a rebound or cutting losses—I'm just guessing blindly right now. Honestly, sometimes it's better not to check the market at all. For those coins still held, to be honest, I don’t have much confidence. This is our daily life, the gambler’s mindset is hard to change.
