Basically, it's an incomplete governance process now—lacking the necessary liquidation step. Trying to declare a reversal without it—does that logic hold? Historically, every time this kind of forceful action has been taken, the outcome has been bad. We need to wait until liquidity is truly drained before the mechanism can be considered self-consistent.
