It was at that moment that I truly understood — the four-year cycle theory I once believed in now seems far less reliable. If I had really chosen to buy the dip and sell, then wait for a cheaper price to buy back, one mistake would be enough to make you regret the entire era. The market's rhythm has long since changed, and the scale of participants and the amount of capital involved are no longer comparable to the past. Some opportunities, once missed, can never be regained. Conversely, those who held on all along are the ones who end up laughing last.

Holding steady without moving is really a true skill; I'm just the kind of fool who operates frequently.

Holding steady is better than anything else, I believe in that right now.

The person holding it definitely made a huge profit, I am the one who frequently trades and loses.

Holding on and not moving is the real win, that hits too close to home. I also messed around back then, and in the end, I really lost time and mood.
