Quantum computing is no longer just theory—it's becoming reality. And here's the uncomfortable truth: when quantum computers finally arrive, Bitcoin can't patch itself overnight. The protocol's governance moves deliberately, which actually presents a real problem. Developers should be planning today for the security challenges that quantum threats will bring tomorrow. It's not about panic, but about taking protocol evolution seriously before we run out of time.

The quantum threat has truly arrived. What should we do about Bitcoin's old system? We should have prepared for this earlier.

Regarding quantum computing, to be honest, the crypto community isn't really prepared yet.
Bitcoin's governance mechanism is slow, what if it's broken by quantum computing and the encryption is compromised? It's probably too late to fix it now.
This should have been taken seriously a long time ago. If we delay any further, we really can't afford to play around.

Honestly, we can't wait any longer for quantum computing. BTC needs to start preparing in advance.
---
Quantum arrives, and Bitcoin could face a total wipeout? That's the real issue we should take seriously.
---
If governance is slow, so be it. The key is that someone starts working on security upgrade plans now.
---
Instead of just hyping concepts, developers should really take action.
---
This guy is right. Don't panic only when quantum actually arrives.
---
With protocol evolution so slow, how can we defend against future threats?
---
If we don't take action today, everything could be doomed tomorrow.
