For Web3 projects that have not yet officially issued tokens, this is undoubtedly a good move. During the process of participants diligently accumulating data and contributing to the community, the project itself has already completed the initial user screening and ecosystem construction—equivalent to earning a highly active community foundation for free. The gameplay of projects like Grass just proves this point: by engaging the community over the long term to accumulate real users, when the token mechanism is finally activated, these early contributors will naturally become the most solid foundation.

Basically, it's just exploiting opportunities; early users were heavily exploited.

Basically, it's an upgraded version of the "wool-harvesting" scheme, and the project team is thrilled.

Basically, it's an upgraded version of the "羊毛" (freebie) scheme. When the project is successful, we have to wait for TGE to cash out, so this deal is a bit unprofitable.

The free-riding community's tactics are now too common; early players are just free labor, right?
