New coins are completely different. New concepts, influx of new capital, new participants—these are the engines driving prices up. The market is always fond of novelty; low price doesn’t necessarily mean cheap, sometimes it’s just a trap.

**The third key: cycles are an iron law; clear out all holdings at the end of a bull market**

Crypto cycles repeat every four years. This isn’t mysticism; it’s an observable pattern. When you see relatives and friends who have no financial background start talking about trading coins, that’s when the alarm should ring.

At this stage, regardless of how much you’ve earned, decisively sell all your altcoins and lock in your gains. The damage of a bear market is far greater than most people imagine. One hesitation could wipe out years of effort.
