【Coin World】The cryptocurrency futures market has new developments. The CME recently published a FAQ on futures, focusing on two new products officially launched: XRP futures based on spot prices and SOL futures, which are now tradable.

In addition to these two cryptocurrencies, CME is also advancing 24/7 electronic trading services for crypto options and futures, which will be launched soon.

For traders, understanding trading hours is crucial. Currently, CME's cryptocurrency futures operate on a 23-hour trading schedule—starting from 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday and continuing until 5:00 PM on Friday. There is a small maintenance window: from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, when the exchange is shut down for system maintenance.

This schedule essentially covers the active hours of global traders, leaving only minimal necessary downtime. For players seeking around-the-clock trading opportunities, this setup is already very friendly.

xrp futures finally here... watched my sol longs get liquidated at 3am last week so can't say i'm thrilled about round the clock trading ngl. but hey, that's the copium talking. 23hr window sounds great until you realize you'll just find new ways to blow up your account lol
