Unpopular opinion:

Too much early-stage funding kills the hunger.

Looking at the data, there’s essentially zero correlation between amount raised and startup success.

I‘d always prefer small, hungry founders who raise only what they need over overfunded startups with mercenary Tier-1, circle-jerk cap tables.
