Back in 2019, I already saw where things were heading. Honestly, nobody wanted to hear it—kept rubbing people the wrong way, especially the VC crowd. They absolutely hated my take at the time. But here's the thing: I stuck to my conviction and cashed out at the absolute peak. The real challenge came after that though. Relocating to California to set up proper domicile was a whole odyssey because of their aggressive clawback policies. Took years just to get it sorted. Time in, profits out—that's the formula.

Did you see through it in 2019? Running early and avoiding taxes—that's true wisdom.

I saw it a long time ago, but the VCs really couldn't listen back then. Now they're eating their words, haha.

Did you see it coming in 2019? Haha, back then when the whole internet was hyping up cryptocurrencies, you were warning about the risks. Those VC folks must have been so angry. But to be honest, the people who really make money are always like this—persevering, cashing out at high points, and then engaging in a long-term battle with tax authorities... This is the real world of Web3, brother.
