Recently, there has been a noticeable change in the recommendation mechanism of social platforms. After conducting several rounds of comparison tests, the results are quite interesting—traffic distribution is no longer as dependent on follower count as it used to be.

In other words, large accounts with millions of followers have lost their previous absolute advantage. The algorithm seems to be shifting towards valuing the attractiveness of the content itself rather than the historical influence of the account. This is both a challenge and an opportunity for creators, meaning more experts in niche fields have the chance to break through the follower ceiling and gain exposure directly through high-quality content.

It is worth noting that this shift also provides insights for content distribution in the Web3 community—more voices will be present in the ecosystem, no longer completely monopolized by top accounts.

Now the big players should be panicking; content is king, and it should have been like this all along.

Large accounts are losing blood, small accounts are turning things around, the algorithm is really starting to reshuffle.

Big players face setbacks, grassroots rise again. I like this wave of reform... However, Web3 is probably going to undergo another reshuffle, and the top players will still have to tough it out.

This wave of changes is truly awesome, big accounts should be worried. The logic of "Content is King" has finally been implemented, and the previous method of leveraging fans to drive traffic is really bankrupt. Web3 needs to adapt quickly, or it will become a secondary information relay station again. Now small creators have a way out, but the competition will probably double... With such an algorithm adjustment, vertical tracks with strong real skills are the way to go, I am optimistic. Huh, what about those accounts that rely solely on fans for income? This wave truly purifies the ecosystem; diverse voices are always better than a monopoly. But on the other hand, content quality has become a new battleground, no one should slack off. The idea of traffic democratization sounds good, but how long it can last remains to be seen.
