To be honest, most people die because of their emotions. Discipline sounds simple, but actually doing it is damn hard. In a bear market, those who can stick to their plans have basically survived until the bull market. That's a fact. Repeating the same rules every day... it sounds boring to death, but it's this boredom that saves you. Those chasing quick money are gone; only the tough ones remain.
