Why are you still losing? Honestly, it's a matter of execution.

You can't hold onto good trades, and you run away after only earning a few points. You hesitate to cut losses on wrong trades, always hoping for a rebound, but the deeper you go. Not to mention reversing your position—you simply can't make that decision mentally. As a result, you fall behind step by step, the market is moving forward, and you're just chasing from behind.

You can't even eat a few bites when making profits, not even catching a single limit-up, but when hit, you never miss a beat, always getting trapped. With this kind of trading, when will you turn things around?

Honestly, many people understand this principle. They know where their problems lie, but they just can't change. The mental hurdle is too high; no matter how accurate the indicators are or how good the strategy is, it's all useless.

There's a saying: "A person values self-awareness." Admitting that you have shortcomings in certain areas and then finding ways to improve—that's the proper approach. Either figure out your trading style clearly, or seek help to organize your thoughts. In any case, don't stubbornly hold on. The market is always there; what we need to do is find a method that suits us and stick to it.

Hmm... That's true, but knowing it and actually doing it are two different things. Mindset really is the bottleneck.

I keep saying, this set of theories has made my ears calloused, but the key is that no one can actually do it.

Being a coward when winning and stubborn when losing— isn't that the true portrayal of most people?

Sigh, I'm the kind of person who makes two or three points and then leaves. That hurts, brother.
