According to The Financial Times, Sequoia Capital plans to participate in the funding round of AI startup Anthropic, led by Singapore's sovereign fund GIC and American investment firm Coatue. The round aims to raise approximately $25 billion, with a valuation of about $350 billion, with GIC and Coatue each investing $1.5 billion. Previously, Anthropic had received investment commitments totaling up to $15 billion from Microsoft and Nvidia.
