ngl, this wave definitely feels like altcoins are about to rise, just depends on who can make it to that day... institutional entry + L2 scaling, there's something there.

To be honest, I've heard this set of words too many times, and it's always the same during every bull market... However, Layer 2 is indeed moving, and some tokens have pretty good use cases.
