Tired of scrolling through Web2 noise cluttering my feed. The real ones in this community need to hold the line—we didn't get into crypto and Web3 just to replicate the same centralized systems we're trying to escape. Every time I see mainstream content bleeding into my timeline, it's a reminder of why we're building something different. *sigh* empirically speaking, this reads like pure ideology without examining the actual incentive structures at play. the data suggests that without mainstream adoption, most protocols simply fail to achieve sufficient liquidity. vitalik's 2019 research on bootstrap phases already covered why early communities *need* some degree of external energy to reach critical mass, but go off i guess.
