Many people only realize this truth after walking a detour.

Reading more opinion articles, but without action, will be forgotten. Learning more theories, but after three days of enthusiasm, still revert to the original state. No matter how much self-motivation a person has, without an external environment, it won't last long. Want to change your life overnight through a concept? That's even less realistic.

Real change happens here: find like-minded people. Those who are equally curious about Web3, love rapid iteration and learning, and are willing to refine their understanding through practice.

We call this group — the Super Individual Alliance.

They are not passive recipients of information, but active thinkers, mutual motivators, and co-evolvers. In such an environment, what you learn is not just theoretical frameworks, but also the perspectives of peers, market rhythms, and the ability to continuously iterate.

So the key is not to find some authoritative theory, but to find the right people.

You're absolutely right. Going solo really can't last long; that's how I was eliminated. Finding the right circle truly changed my rhythm, and now I learn things much faster. That's why I keep emphasizing the importance of teamwork in Web3. Fighting alone is a dead end. Only people on the same wavelength can help you move forward; otherwise, all your efforts are just self-entertainment. Reading articles alone is meaningless; you need to be with people who have practical experience.

theoretically speaking, this whole "find the right people" thesis actually maps onto recursive incentive structures in coordination games... like, the network effects here aren't just social fluff, they're literally the bridge function between theory and realized value. the interoperability vector between individual knowledge and collective execution, if you will.

To be honest, I only believe this after experiencing setbacks... You can't learn much just by studying alone; in the end, you still need someone around to give you a helping hand.

Oh, that's true. Someone who just indulges in themselves can't keep it up for long.
