Dusk Network is building a privacy-first blockchain infrastructure aimed at the traditional financial markets. The core competitive advantage of this system lies in a self-developed technology—confidential smart contracts, which can protect the privacy of transaction data and contract logic.

Technologically, Dusk combines an innovative consensus mechanism with zero-knowledge proof cryptography, with a clear goal: to provide compliant and programmable solutions for securities issuance, trading, and settlement. This means institutional investors can conduct on-chain transactions with complete privacy, without worrying about sensitive data leaks.

The Dusk Foundation acts as a facilitator in this process—supporting R&D teams to deepen technology, fostering ecosystem project development, and setting industry standards. The entire vision is to build an efficient, transparent, and privacy-protecting new financial system. For traditional financial institutions looking to enter the blockchain space, the emergence of such privacy solutions indeed fills many gaps.

Privacy + Traditional Finance? Sounds good, but I’m not sure if institutions are really willing to use it or not. Is this zero-knowledge proof technology reliable? Or is it just the same old story with a different coat of paint? Can Dusk truly break through or is it just another pie in the sky? To put it nicely, it all depends on adoption. Whether institutions buy in or not is the key. Can compliance and privacy truly coexist? It feels a bit paradoxical. To capture the traditional finance market, just having technology is definitely not enough. If it really can be implemented, major institutions will flock to it. Privacy contracts sound like cutting-edge technology, but what about audits and security? In the eyes of TradFi, can Dusk’s approach be considered innovative? What do they think? The competitiveness isn’t that strong, after all, zero-knowledge proofs aren’t exclusive to Dusk.

Oh no, finally someone remembers the traditional finance folks. Privacy is indeed a pain point.

Privacy chains are back to harvest profits? Does no one learn their lesson?

Privacy + compliance is indeed a powerful combination. The pain points of traditional finance have been addressed, but the implementation of technology still needs to be observed.
