Most of the Malay and Indian communities in Malaysia are generally relaxed and even lack the awareness of saving money. However, this environment has also contributed to the rise of the Chinese community. Nine out of the top 10 wealthy individuals in Malaysia are of Chinese descent. Perhaps it's due to the hardworking bloodline of the Chinese or the business mindset passed down through generations, along with ingrained diligence. In such a low-competition environment, gold is literally everywhere.
