As crypto-related bot activity on Platform X has surged explosively, an automatic filtering phenomenon has occurred. CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young-joo announced on January 11th via X that the number of cryptocurrency-related posts uploaded by bots in a single day exceeded 7.75 million, a 1,224% increase compared to the previous day.
This sudden surge in crypto-related content has led to X's algorithm automatically restricting these posts. This is interpreted as the platform's self-defense mechanism triggered by spam bot activity. As a result, even legitimate crypto community activities are being affected.
