Abstract generation in progress

Recently, Binance launched the USD1 stablecoin, which has driven a new wave of lending and earning activities. Using BNB as collateral for lending arbitrage has become a popular choice among users. This article will provide a comprehensive guide on how to use Lista DAO to perform BNB lending and borrowing of USD1, as well as key risk alerts to pay attention to.

WEB3 Wallet Setup and BNB Transfer

First, you need to complete the registration and setup of your Binance WEB3 wallet. Open the Binance official website homepage, and click on the “Wallet” option at the top of the page to access the Binance wallet management interface.

After purchasing BNB on Binance, you need to transfer it from your spot account to your WEB3 wallet. Enter the wallet homepage, click the “Receive” button, select “Transfer from Binance Trading Platform,” then choose the BNB you purchased. Be sure to select the BEP20 chain for the transfer. Under normal circumstances, transferring BNB from the exchange to your wallet takes about 5 seconds.

Performing Lending Operations via Lista DAO

Once BNB has been successfully transferred to your WEB3 wallet, you need to visit the Lista DAO platform for lending. On the wallet homepage, click the “Discover” option at the bottom right to enter the DApp browsing page. At the top, find the “DApp” entrance, search for the Lista DAO application within the BNB Chain ecosystem, and click to enter.

On the Lista DAO lending page, click the three small lines (menu) at the top right corner, and select “Borrow” to enter the classic zone. In the lending configuration interface, be sure to select BNB in the “Collateral” field, choose USD1 as the “Loan Currency,” then click the “Deposit” button to officially start lending.

Liquidation Price Calculation and Lending Risks

During the lending process, the liquidation price is a critical parameter to monitor. The liquidation price indicates the level at which your collateral will be automatically liquidated if the BNB price drops to that point.

For example: if a user borrows $16 USD1 using BNB worth $32.16, the system will set a liquidation price. Currently, BNB price is about $840.70, but users should calculate a safe margin based on their risk tolerance. For instance, if the liquidation price is set around $620, it means BNB needs to drop more than 25% to trigger liquidation. The actual liquidation price will dynamically adjust based on the borrowing ratio and platform mechanisms.

Important Reminder: Lending is essentially a form of leveraged trading, which requires strict risk control. New users are advised to start with small amounts, fully understand the liquidation mechanism, and gradually scale up. Set conservative liquidation prices to ensure sufficient safety margins.

USD1 Airdrop Incentives and Project Discovery

Binance has recently launched the USD1 incentive program. Since mid-January, all users holding USD1 have the opportunity to participate in an airdrop of WLFI tokens valued at 40 million USD. The airdrop is distributed periodically, with the first distribution expected in early February. Whether USD1 is stored in a spot account, funding account, margin account, or contract account, users are eligible for the airdrop.

The core purpose of this incentive policy is to cultivate user habits of using USD1 for transaction settlement. In essence, it is a subsidy Binance is providing to promote its stablecoin ecosystem.

Analysis of Three Major Trading Sections

The Lista DAO lending page integrates multiple trading sections, each representing different risk levels and project types:

Classic Zone is the safest option, featuring mainstream assets such as BNB, ETH, BTC, USDT as collateral options. New users are recommended to start operating in this zone.

CDP Zone operates similarly to Binance’s existing dual-asset financial products, offering higher yields but with increased risk. Beginners can temporarily skip this zone.

Alpha Zone showcases projects selected by Binance’s ALPHA program. These projects have already been vetted by Binance’s professional screening, and then further filtered by Lista DAO, making them a higher-quality project pool. Users can discover early-stage quality project opportunities here.

Aster Zone mainly displays tokens related to the decentralized perpetual trading platform Aster ecosystem. As a leading decentralized exchange, Aster’s token price is currently around $0.61, which has significantly adjusted from its early high points, making it a potential long-term allocation option.

By combining Binance ALPHA screening and Lista DAO’s lending ecosystem, users can systematically discover and participate in high-quality projects, achieving multiple benefits from lending, yields, and project discovery.
