Analyst: The ETH Vitalik sold today may be related to the donation plan announced on January 30.
Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 3rd, on-chain analyst Ai姨 (@ai_9684xtpa) monitored that Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin has begun selling the 16,384 ETH previously transferred. On-chain data shows that four days ago, approximately $44.75 million worth of 16,384 ETH was transferred from Vitalik’s personal address to a multi-signature address, and the sale started today.
The analyst stated that this move may be related to the donation plan publicly announced by Vitalik on January 30th, in which he mentioned in a tweet, “I will withdraw 16,384 ETH personally, and these funds will be used over the next few years to achieve these goals.”
