$XRP – I’m seeing strong bullish reaction right after a deep liquidity sweep below 1.35, and that kind of recovery usually signals accumulation, not breakdown.

Price flushed hard from the 1.40–1.42 region and wicked down near 1.34. That move cleared stops under equal lows. Instead of continuation selling, we got immediate rejection and a bounce back toward 1.37. That tells me buyers were waiting below.

Market Read:
I’m watching the 1H structure carefully. The drop looks like a stop hunt below range support. The strong green recovery candle shows absorption. If price holds above 1.36 and builds higher lows, upside toward 1.40 and 1.42 becomes likely. The broader range between 1.34 and 1.42 is still intact. We are near lower range demand.

Entry Point:
I’m interested between 1.36 – 1.375 after confirmation of stabilization above 1.35.

Target Points:
TP1: 1.405
TP2: 1.421
TP3: 1.455

If 1.421 breaks with momentum, extension toward 1.48 becomes possible.

Stop Loss:
1.325 (below sweep low and full structure invalidation)

How it’s possible:
The flush under 1.35 removed weak long positions and triggered panic selling. That provided liquidity for larger buyers. Now price is attempting to reclaim mid-range levels. If bulls defend above 1.36 and push through 1.40, short sellers will get trapped and fuel continuation. Break of 1.42 opens clean air toward higher liquidity zones.

Risk is clearly defined. Upside liquidity sits above recent highs. Structure favors rebound.
