On March 9, Lancang Ancient Tea announced that the group is expected to record revenue of approximately RMB 205 million to 230 million in 2025, a decrease of about 36.34% to 43.26% year-on-year; at the same time, it is expected to report a net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company of about RMB 80 million to 100 million, a reduction in losses compared to the previous year.

Regarding the reasons for the decline in revenue, the announcement pointed out that the group’s offline physical store operations are relatively difficult, leading to a decrease in income; the reduction in net losses is mainly due to: the group’s asset impairment losses in 2024 were substantial, but significantly decreased in 2025; and the group has reduced costs and expenses through cost-cutting and efficiency measures.
