# After One Year in Crypto and Not Making 100K USDT? You Really Should Stop and Reflect.

I've been in this market for 8 years and have cumulatively made over 30 million USDT. Many people think it's based on luck, news, or insider information, but that's not it at all. What's really kept me alive until now is a set of rules I've summarized after being repeatedly beaten down by the market. Today I'm laying out the most core experience in full clarity—remember these and you can at least avoid 90% of the pitfalls.

**First thing: Don't be greedy, don't go all-in.**

With capital under 100K USDT, catching one major uptrend per year is enough—frequent trading will only lead to bigger losses. There's also an iron rule: good news is often a sell signal. If you don't exit that day, the gap-up the next day is usually an escape opportunity. Try to reduce or go to cash one week before holidays—many veteran players know that market conditions are often unfavorable during this period. For mid to long-term holds, you must keep cash reserves—sell when prices are high, buy back when they dip, and your account will gradually grow.

**Second thing: Focus on rhythm in trading, not on hype.**

For short-term trading, watch only two things: trading volume and chart patterns. Only trade active, volatile coins—ignore dead ones completely. Markets that fall slowly usually rebound slowly too; the sharper the drop, the faster the rebound typically is—many people overlook this pattern. For short-term trading, 15-minute K-line charts are basically sufficient. Use simple indicators to find entry and exit points, which is much more reliable than guessing.

**Third thing: Your principal is always first priority.**

Admit when you're wrong and cut losses decisively. The most terrifying thing in crypto isn't being wrong—it's stubbornly holding on. As long as your principal remains, you always have a chance to make a comeback. Another thing many people overlook: you don't need to learn too many techniques—mastering one or two methods is enough. Learning too much will actually prevent you from executing anything well.

I've always only done real trading, no storytelling.

If you really want to step on fewer landmines in crypto and gradually build up your account, then stop fumbling around alone. #加密市场上涨 $BTC $GT $ETH
