Viper Energy (VNOM) announced a secondary public offering of 17.4 million Class A shares by Diamondback and affiliates of EnCap and Oaktree, with an option for additional shares. Viper itself will not receive any proceeds from this sale. Concurrently, Viper plans to purchase 1 million units in VNOM Holding Company LLC from Oaktree affiliates, conditioned on the offering’s completion.
