In 2025, the Bitcoin ASIC mining machine market is heating up just as much as coin prices. I’ve just done some thorough research and want to share what I’ve discovered.

Manufacturers are fiercely competing in both performance and energy efficiency. If you're planning to upgrade your equipment or start large-scale mining, choosing the right ASIC miner is the most important decision.

I compared some of the most notable models: Hashivo B2 with 800 TH/s, 11,000W power consumption, priced around $5,000. This water-cooled machine operates at just 50 dB and uses a 4nm chip. If you want something more moderate, the Hashivo B1 offers 500 TH/s, consumes 5,500W, and costs about $3,000, which is quite balanced.

From Bitmain, the Antminer S21 Hyd provides 335 TH/s at $6,000. MicroBT’s WhatsMiner M66S is 298 TH/s, priced at $5,600. If you prefer air cooling, the Canaan Avalon A15Pro-218T offers 218 TH/s at $4,600.

There’s a detailed comparison table of each ASIC miner: performance, power consumption, energy efficiency (J/TH), cooling method, and price. I found Hashivo B2 to be the most efficient at 13.75 J/TH, but WhatsMiner M63S++ is the most powerful with 478 TH/s, even though it consumes 10,000W.

For Litecoin and Dogecoin, Hashivo A55 leads with 55 GH/s, water-cooled, priced at $10,000. If you want something more compact, the A25 offers 25 GH/s for about $5,000.

The key point is: water-cooled ASIC miners perform better in terms of efficiency and noise, but require infrastructure. Air-cooled models are simpler to install. I would choose the Hashivo B2 if possible, or B1 if I want to save costs. Are any of you running any of these?
