Gold Finance reported that according to a report by SentinelLabs, North Korean HackerBlueNoroff is using new malware attacks to attack Crypto Money companies, nicknamed the ‘Hidden Risk’, the malware operation spreads through multiple stages through PDF files, using fake news headlines and encryption market research to attract users to download. The malware package contains multiple functions intended to provide hackers with backdoors for remote access to victims’ computers and steal sensitive information, including digital asset wallets and private keys for platforms. According to the cybersecurity company Recorded Future, North Korean hacker groups have stolen approximately $3 billion since 2017.
