#数字资产市场动态 The Truth About Trading: Why Do Some People Consistently Profit While Most Keep Losing?

Stop dreaming of getting rich overnight. I’ve seen many people, and those who truly survive in the crypto asset market do so not by magical strategies, but by understanding the essence of trading.

Someone asked me how I do it. Honestly, there’s nothing complicated. When the market fluctuates, I can profit from it—no need to watch candlestick charts constantly, no need to check the market frequently, no need to draw a bunch of technical lines. Even during sideways movement, there are opportunities; it’s not luck.

People who follow me have seen their principal triple within 30 days. Others have grown from 1500U to 5600U. These are real events. Why can I do this? Not because I’m particularly smart, but because I follow the correct trading logic.

What is the fundamental reason retail traders lose money? It’s not because the market is bad; it’s because of chaotic trading rhythm, incorrect direction judgment, and loss of position management. Successful traders I’ve encountered usually do two things right: have a clear execution framework and act firmly according to the plan.

Don’t be fooled by courses that boast "guaranteed winning strategies." The core of effective trading boils down to these four points:

**Rhythm Control** — When the market’s rhythm is right, profits naturally follow.
**Position Sizing Strategy** — Reasonable position distribution can effectively reduce risk.
**Position Adjustment** — Position management determines the ceiling of swing gains.
**Exit Planning** — Having an exit plan protects your account even in market black swan events.

This is worlds apart from "betting on rise or fall."

Many people are still gambling now. Betting that the next trade will turn things around, betting that the next wave will make them rich. But the harsh reality is: the dream of turning things around usually comes with three losses of principal.

Are you repeating these mistakes too?

- Frequent trading, becoming more chaotic
- Correct direction but still losing money
- Unable to hold positions, always wanting to close
- After trying a strategy, only feeling frustration

If you’re facing two or more of these issues, it’s time to stop and rethink. There are indeed many opportunities in the crypto market, but most people get wiped out by deviating from the right direction and losing rhythm. Keep operating blindly like this, and you’ll eventually pay the price.

Instead of dreaming of getting rich with the next trade, ask yourself: how can I rescue my account from losses? The answer is simple—control the rhythm, manage risk, and steadily accumulate. That’s the real winning formula.

It's the same old story—sounding nice, but those who truly make money never post long articles. After all that talk, it's still the same four points. I see many people following them but not seeing a turnaround.

That's right, I'm the kind of person who trades frequently and gets more and more chaotic... I've realized now, but it feels a bit late.

That's right, frequent trading really is just giving away money. That's how I lost money before, and now I understand that timing is the key.

That's right, it's a matter of mindset and discipline; 90% of people fail because of greed.

That's right, these people are always thinking about going all-in and turning things around, but they end up sinking deeper and deeper. I've seen many such cases, where accounts go from a few thousand USD to nothing. Rhythm is really the key, but most people simply can't control that desire.
